WELCOME TO OUR ANNUAL 3D QUALIFIER PAGE!
• SHOOT RULES;
• You may form your group for the Team Scoring, no more than five (5) in a group.
• You MUST pre-register your group at the sign-in that morning, prior to the shoot or your group will not be recognized. Choose a name for your group and register your group with your team members name at the sign-in. You cannot form a group AFTER the shoot.
• Teams cannot shoot together; all teams will be split up and placed with other members of other teams in order to keep the scoring accountable. Everyone will check each other's scores within their teams.
• You may come to the shoot as an individual however you will be placed with others to form a five person team.
• Scores are double checked by the sign-in team and all scores/awards/decisions are final.
• All bows must be hunting bow set-up and NO Stabilizers over 12 inches long allowed.
• If you have a complaint with the shoot, see E.W. Grimes or any of the QDMA team privately. DO NOT publicly voice your complaint in front of the group as there are young people in attendance. Profanity will NOT be tolerated.
• Rules of the Host Facility and MSC QDMA will apply at the 3D Shoots. There are 30 targets and there will be random groups at each target which will rotate throughout the targets. Rules subject to change and updates.
• Once we have the top shooters in each class at the event, in case of a tie, there will be a shoot-off to determine the top shooter.
• The event fees include the Event Fee and Course Fee at the Host Facility.
• 90% prize payout for the Top Scoring Shooter in each category. We take the total amount that was collected less the course fees due to the Host Facility, take 90% of the amount left and split it among the top scorer in each category.
